Earning Diamond Certification is not an easy process. There are four basic steps for certification. First, a company must apply to be certified. Once the application is received, 400 customer records are pulled from the files at random. A confidential telephone survey is conducted. A company must rate an 88% through the various components of the survey in order to qualify for the Diamond Certified award.

When you see the Diamond Certified logo, you can be sure you're receiving the best in quality and service. Not only must a company earn a high score to become Diamond Certified, but an ongoing culture of service and satisfaction must continue after the award is presented. Diamond Certified conducts random surveys, regularly inspects the company's credentials, and monitors performance to ensure that the highest standards of conduct and quality are maintained.
